Business Continuity Expert Wanted

We require a skilled Business Continuity Specialist to manage and enhance our business continuity management (BCM) related governance documents. The successful candidate will lead critical process identification, risk assessment workshops and strategy development to respond to potential disruptions.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain BCM related governance documents in line with organisational and business changes.
  • Lead critical process identification and risk assessment workshops to develop strategies for responding to potential disruptions.
  • Guide business units in creating and updating Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) that are clear, actionable and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Drive training and awareness programs to ensure staff understand their roles during disruptions and support crisis exercises.
  • Contribute to operational reporting and provide insights on the BCM program to support customer tenders.
  • Communicate complex topics clearly and influence various audiences, promoting BCM priorities and ensuring professional standards.
