Pay: $49.96- $68.34 P/h + Super

Responsibilities- Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence
- Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children
- Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice
- Be part of the foundation at Goodstart Willowdale - Jamboree Avenue, a brand-new, purpose-built 123-place centre set to open in March 2026
- Support the team in establishing state-of-the-art facilities and thoughtfully designed learning environments that inspire curiosity and creativity
- Play a key leadership role in building a strong, positive culture from the ground up, shaping the team, community relationships, and early learning outcomes from day one
- You'll get paid on par with state primary school Teachers (if you hold your Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent)
