The Resolutions Officer plays a critical role in managing and resolving complaints within the mental health sector.

This involves initial assessment of complaints, working to resolve concerns through informal and formal resolution approaches, and identifying quality and safety issues arising from complaints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:
