We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a welcoming and engaging shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Quality and Presentation: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, consistently delivering delicious and appealing products.
  • Store Maintenance and Organization: Ensure the store is well-maintained and organized, with clean and tidy displays and shelves.
  • Accurate Signage and Pricing: Verify accurate department signage and pricing, maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Stock Management and Shelf Replenishment: Effectively manage stock levels and replenish shelves to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain Back Stock and Cleanliness: Ensure back stock is well-organized and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Support Sampling Programs: Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing.
Requirements:
  • Positive Attitude and Teamwork: Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
  • Previous Experience Preferred: While not essential, previous experience in a fruit and vegetable shop would be advantageous.
