Our company is currently seeking a highly skilled Banking Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing seamless banking experiences to our clients.

About the Role

As a Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions. You will work closely with our team to deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure that our customers are not only satisfied but also strong advocates for our bank.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, and
  • Ensure compliance with our bank and branch policies and procedures.

Requirements

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage,
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage,
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity,
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment,
  • Solid understanding of compliance, and
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
