We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee the overall management of our aged care facility in Toowoomba, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of experienced clinical professionals, including registered nurses
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to residents
  • Coordinate and manage facility operations, including maintenance and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Valid AHPRA Registered Nurse Division 1 qualifications
  • Previous experience managing aged care facilities
  • Previous commissioning experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Valid police clearance
  • Valid driver's license
