Senior Finance Transformation Lead

This role involves leading the analysis and documentation of business requirements to support finance and procurement processes in an enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyse, document, and validate business requirements within finance and procurement domains.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to map and define current and future state processes.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Over 15 years of combined finance manager and business analyst experience, specialising in ERP implementation projects.
- Deep expertise in finance processes and procurement processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting, procure-to-pay, vendor management, and sourcing.
- Proven experience working with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Skilled at collaborating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end project delivery encompassing design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
