Data Strategy Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our data and analytics team. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to leverage data to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of data professionals in delivering high-quality insights and driving business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern technologies such as Kafka, AWS/GCP, Python, and R.
- Elevate the use of data to answer complex questions, collaborating with department leaders who expect decisions to be backed by evidence.
- Strong relationships with your team and foster a culture where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to do their best work.
- Commercial instincts and a deep understanding of the business levers, balancing analytical rigour with what truly drives impact.
- Familiarity with privacy rules and data governance processes.
