
Health and Welfare Centre Management Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our health and welfare services team in providing high-quality care to clients. As the key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of allied health professionals, including nurses, support staff, and administrative personnel.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective centre operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a holistic health and welfare services approach.
- Manage resources and facilities to optimise service delivery and financial sustainability.
- Foster a positive work culture that values teamwork, professional development, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters degree in social science or related field.
- Counselling degree.
- Diploma of business Administration and leadership.
- Proven experience in health and welfare management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of disability and aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, and compassionate care.
- Proficient in English, Arabic, and Swedish to effectively communicate with diverse clientele.
