Job Opportunity

As a Staff Engineer, you'll shape the next evolution of our mobile experience — powering real-world connections for millions of users.

You'll lead engineering efforts that push boundaries, set technical direction, design for scale, and mentor others — helping us raise the bar as we scale globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of core features, including hardware integrations, widgets, and system components
  • Design scalable architectures and influence platform-wide patterns
  • Collaborate across teams to build seamless user experiences
  • Drive internal tooling, process improvements, and performance optimisations
  • Mentor engineers and guide technical decision-making

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with deep proficiency in languages such as Kotlin and Java
  • Track record of architecting complex systems using MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture
  • Strong leadership in cross-functional technical initiatives and mobile strategy
  • Familiarity with best practices for performance, security, and design
  • Possession for mentoring, collaboration, and building with long-term impact in mind
