Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting and responding to design briefs, delivering on internal client expectations, and aligning with brand objectives.

The role involves producing digital content for web, paid advertising, EDMs, and social media. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver design briefs and convey the brand promise. Additionally, you will bring proactive ideas to the table and help shape briefs.

As a Digital Designer, you will also collaborate with internal teams on integrated campaigns. Simple motion animation is required to bring social ideas to life. Bonus — HTML5 coding is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating visual communication and innovative design solutions
  • Interpreting and delivering on design briefs and brand objectives
  • Collaborating with internal teams on integrated campaigns
  • Designing digital content for web, paid advertising, EDMs, and social media
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in graphic design / digital design with demonstrated ability to interpret and deliver on design briefs and brand objectives
  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or relevant fields
  • Understanding of marketing and communications campaign requirements
  • Experience presenting concepts and design ideas to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of latest trends in digital marketing, multi-media, web design & graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Video editing, HTML5 coding are a bonus
  • Ability to work independently to bring innovative ideas and strong visual communication to convey a brand story
  • Interest in contributing to growth and helping simplify processes
  • Willingness to understand risk context and contribute to a culture of learning and growth
