About the Opportunity

At Programmed Property Services, we are seeking an experienced Lead Painting Operations Manager to join our team in Toowoomba.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned painter to take on a leadership role and drive business growth. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional painting services to a variety of clients across Queensland, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our site-based teams, managing projects, and establishing strong relationships with our clients. You will also be expected to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver profitable project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our site-based teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, team leadership, and customer relationship building.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A collaborative and results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and exceeding client expectations.
