We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to provide high-quality clinical care to residents in a supportive and purpose-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including medication administration according to personalised care plans
- Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families while providing emotional support
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations
- Lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices in aged care and ensure a safe, clean environment for all
