Lead Major Events Team

This is a unique opportunity for a highly experienced professional to drive the success of the Events team.


Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and motivate a team of professionals to deliver major events that meet scope and objectives.
  • Utilise existing partnerships with industry stakeholders to achieve key strategies and deliverables.
  • Lead the Events team to strategically shape the future of major events, collaborating with industry leaders and stakeholders.

Application Criteria
  • Proven experience coordinating and developing major events in the public or private sector, with excellent knowledge of the festival and event industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in assessing event delivery and funding opportunities to maximise the value of events to the local community.
  • Ability to lead, mentor and motivate staff to achieve positive business outcomes with a One Team approach.
