About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Product Owner to join our team at Judo Bank. As a Data Product Owner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our data-led experiences, from discovery to production.

You will work closely with our data team, key business owners, and stakeholders to ensure that our data products are valuable and viable for the business. Your expertise in data and product development will be crucial in driving business outcomes and creating a differentiated customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data product roadmaps across various data domains
  • Collaborate with data teams, business owners, and stakeholders to ensure data products meet business needs
  • Ensure data products are valuable and viable for the business
  • Prioritize the backlog among competing opportunities, balancing customer needs with business priorities
  • Evaluate opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders, using discovery techniques to reduce uncertainty

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in data-powered products, with at least 2 years as a product owner
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and concepts
  • Ability to express proposals in a well-structured, data-informed narrative
  • Proven ability to engage with data teams, data engineers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
