About the Opportunity

WeLink Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Facilities Management Organisation to find a skilled Site Supervisor, Passive Fire to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with LAHC to inspect, assess and provide maintenance solutions to their portfolio of assets.
  • Efficient execution of the PMP including; scope management, scheduling, cost management, project controls and quality management.
  • Establish and chair regular project meetings.
  • Submit weekly & monthly reports on project performance.
  • WHS management and control.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or relevant Facilities Management industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Homes NSW / LAHC / Government Housing assets.
  • MUST have passive fire services experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in collaboratively partnering with various internal & external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with management and frontline staff.
