Job Description

We are seeking a Chief Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services to clients across various age groups. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping the lives of our clients, empowering them to communicate effectively and confidently.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized speech therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in speech therapy, preferably in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
