About this role

Our team provides care to a wide variety of patients undergoing elective and emergency surgical procedures, often with high acuity and high nursing requirements, making it a challenging yet extremely rewarding unit to work in.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves providing high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will work across all shifts in accordance with the unit roster, ensuring continuity of care for our patients.

  • Provide individualised care to patients undergoing surgery or emergency procedures
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing care plans
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a qualified enrolled nurse with experience in surgical ward settings. The successful candidate will hold a current practising certificate and be registered with AHPRA.

Shift work is required for this position, including working night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
