Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care plans.
  • Provide nursing care that meets the highest standards of quality and safety, taking into account the individual's level of experience and education.
  • Develop and utilize strategies to promote effective communication and collaboration within the healthcare team.
  • Work in partnership with patients and families to make informed decisions about their care, promoting positive relationships and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and provide support and mentorship to colleagues.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, manage time wisely, and maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Essential Criteria:
  • A current AHPRA registration (no restrictions) is mandatory for this role.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in acute general medicine or rehabilitation is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing education to patients and leadership/education to the nursing team is essential.
  • The ability to demonstrate initiative and work collaboratively within a team environment is critical.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.
Salary Information:

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
