Administrative Officer 6
A 12-month fixed vacancy exists for an Administrative Officer 6 in Workforce Management within the Department of Corporate and Digital Development.
As a Senior Officer in Workforce Management, you will offer expert advice and assistance on workforce management issues to client agencies. Your key responsibilities include undertaking case management such as return to work and injury management, conduct, complaints, inability and performance management, recommending appropriate courses of action for resolution and early intervention strategies which are consistent with relevant legislation.
The successful candidate will possess high-level communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to establish collaborative relationships at all levels to positively influence human resource practices.
You will also prepare submissions and reports for delegates, establish and nurture partnerships with clients, HR providers, and other stakeholders.
This role requires demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR case management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support workforce management.
Applicants must be able to provide evidence of their experience in HR case management, including their ability to undertake case management, develop and implement policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records.
Supporting this important role is essential to ensuring the continued delivery of effective corporate services across government.
