Dental Receptionist/Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dental team in this receptionist/assistant position. As the primary point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient appointments and schedules efficiently
  • Process payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy
  • Communicate with patients and staff in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with our protocols

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also assist the dental team with various administrative tasks including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing waitlists to minimize delays
  • Preparing treatment rooms and equipment for procedures to ensure readiness
  • Assisting with sterilization and infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment
