The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves to make a difference. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive work environment with a highly respected national organisation.

As the first point of contact for our clients and suppliers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the team.

About You

You thrive in a fast-paced and varied role, with the initiative to get things done and hold yourself accountable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and finalising Valuation reports;
  • General office coordination, including building facilities and ensuring our office is stocked and well presented;
  • Being the first point of call for phone calls (shared with coordinators in our other offices);
  • Supporting the Valuation team with client relations;
  • Invoicing, managing team expenses and following up with outstanding payments;
  • Monitoring health and safety obligations;
  • And much more

Ability to work independently and within a team, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

High degree of organisation skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
