Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled customer experience specialist to join our team.

As a customer experience specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within supply chain or a related field, with strong knowledge of customer purchase-to-pay processes and SAP experience. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.

In this role, you will work closely with our commercial and sales teams to provide customer service excellence, build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. You will also handle and clarify customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.

The successful candidate will have a proactive, collaborative attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. You will also be agile, highly collaborative, and an early adopter mindset, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
