Warehouse Inventory Optimization Manager

We are seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to support our warehousing operation. This role involves coordinating activities to maintain an optimal standard of inventory management and control.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage inventory processes, systems, and reporting
- Liaise with customers on inventory issues, reporting, and adjustments
- Identify discrepancies, conduct investigations, and prepare reports
- Manage stocktaking processes, including annual, cyclical, and ad-hoc tasks
- Analyze inventory velocity to identify fast- and slow-moving stock, making recommendations as needed
- Plan for and implement new inventory into the operation
- Experience in an inventory role within warehousing or storage
- Management experience in inventory systems, procedures, and practices
- Strong MS Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and numeracy skills
