We are seeking an experienced Family/Civil Law Legal Practitioner to join our team.

Legal Practitioner; Solicitor Role

This role involves working in a supportive and collaborative environment, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.


About the Position:

  • The ideal candidate must be admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Queensland or hold (or be eligible for immediate acquisition of) a current Practising Certificate and be admitted as a Legal Practitioner or Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Australian High Court.
  • You should have a high level of professional service and capacity across a wide range of Family and Civil Law proceedings (including casework relating to Child Protection and Domestic Violence applications; plus, casework relating to Civil Litigation generally, such as Anti-discrimination matters, Estates, and Consumer Protection type matters).
  • Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of full-time experience, resilience in handling complex cases, including Domestic Violence and Child Protection work, and the ability to develop culturally competent service skills.
