**About the Role**
IDEXX is seeking a skilled Veterinary Laboratory Assistant to support the Patient Service Management department within our core laboratory. As a member of our team, you will be part of the largest veterinary laboratory in the Southern Hemisphere, working in our state-of-the-art laboratory in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the scientists in the day-to-day operations of the PSM department, ensuring the highest quality of diagnostic results.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and efficient laboratory environment, adhering to IANZ and ISO 17025, 9001 standards.
- Be available to work on a rotating roster between the hours of 4am and 7pm, including some Saturdays, to meet the needs of our clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our Quality system and Health & Safety policies/procedures, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
