Lead Technical Consultant Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Lead Technical Consultant plays a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze client requirements to design effective solutions.
  • Integrate technical specifications with existing infrastructure to meet business needs.
  • Establish architectural standards and development guidelines for optimal project outcomes.
  • Prepare high-level technical documentation to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain quality and ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Present project updates and demos to stakeholders, promoting clear communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate agile sprint ceremonies and coordinate project releases.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing sessions with business users and product owners.
  • Deploy applications efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Mentor and guide the development team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Oversee infrastructure setup for on-premise projects, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams during development phases to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in networks and operating systems (Windows, Linux), as well as agile development methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
