Administrative Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at our workplace. The successful candidate will work part-time, providing exceptional customer service to patients and managing administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess high-level competency in English, excellent verbal communication skills, and experience with MS Office, practice management, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow and effective use of resources.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve productivity and patient satisfaction.
  • Prepare and edit medical reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with practice management and accounting software.
