Job Overview:

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to fill the role of Senior Corporate Finance Analyst in our dynamic and results-driven team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis, commercial documentation, and debt compliance matters. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including cash flow model interrogation and scenario assessment
    • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support capital management
  • Commercial Documentation:
    • Manage commercial documentation and offering memoranda for debt issuance
  • Debt Compliance:
    • Lead debt compliance matters and liaise with external parties
  • Deal Structuring:
    • Provide rigorous analysis for deal structuring
  • Credit Rating Presentations:
    • Assist with credit rating presentations and investor relations activities
  • Financing Structures:
    • Model financing structures to support capital management
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare management briefing papers and board reports
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience:
    • Demonstrated experience in a similar role in commercial accounting or corporate finance functions
    • Minimum three years' experience in analysis and supporting corporate finance transactions
  • Education:
    • Tertiary qualification in finance or equivalent
  • Skills:
    • Advanced MS skills in Excel and PowerPoint
