About the Role

We're seeking talented engineers to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge software systems for global markets.

Your primary focus will be development across our software stack: Low Latency FIX engine platform, FIX protocol, support tooling, and infrastructure management.

You'll collaborate with highly experienced full-stack engineers to craft innovative solutions that drive business outcomes within tight latency budgets.

Your Impact
  • Owning and delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Global Markets business.
  • Training and managing analysts/associates in the team while providing them a clear vision of engineering and business objectives.
Key Requirements
  • Strong background in software development with experience in Java and at least one other language.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, proficiency in data structures, and passion for learning new technologies.
  • Industry knowledge of Securities trading and FIX protocol is an asset.
  • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment by enforcing high code quality standards.
