Job Role Overview

This is a key role in our organization responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive resolution of logistics-related issues.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Care Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer care notifications and feedback related to logistics, processing returns, and working with the warehouse team to ensure timely completion of activities.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP systems and functional knowledge of logistics processes, including product portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with field sales, materials management, and transportation teams to develop strong partnerships and drive productivity.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and make decisions efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Solid knowledge of logistics processes and related business processes (i.e., product portfolio management)
  • Functional knowledge of SAP systems advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
