About Data Operations Roles

We are seeking a Data Operations Lead to join our organisation. This senior role will oversee the management of contact data, including entry and maintenance, as well as supervising direct reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data research, analysis, and quality control. They will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day data operations, workflow, and deadlines, as well as managing some team members and communicating tasks and progress to stakeholders.

  • Data entry and maintenance of account and contact data
  • Researching websites, LinkedIn, and other sources for information
  • Assisting with day-to-day data operations, workflow, and deadlines
  • Managing some data team members, including performance reviews
  • Communicating tasks, progress, successes, and deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient data processes
  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets
  • Provide exceptional support to data team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 or more years' experience with managing direct reports
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong data research skills
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage with sensitivity, empathy, and empowerment
  • Well organised and pro-active
  • Interest in financial services
