Technology Integration Specialist

This is a key role where you'll oversee the implementation, optimization, and support of core business applications across our departments.

You will be responsible for ensuring our teams have the tools, training, and data insights they need to operate at peak performance.

  • Administer & optimize core business applications across venues (POS, kitchen management, and other key platforms)
  • Deliver and manage training for new team members and ongoing refresher sessions for existing staff
  • Maintain data accuracy, security, and system integrity across all supported platforms
  • Create actionable reports to support business decisions across departments
  • Manage support & change requests, prioritize issues, and liaise with software vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance) on system improvements and integrations
  • Deploy and support key business initiatives including loyalty and membership programs
  • Assist with stocktake reviews, revenue accuracy, and data-driven insights
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business applications support and administration (POS system experience highly regarded)
  • Strong documentation and training delivery skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, project coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of data integrity and system processes
  • Passion for hospitality and improving team member experience through technology

This position is based at our Head Office, with travel to various venues and outlets as required. Flexibility is essential, as occasional work outside of regular business hours may be needed to support system implementations or resolve critical issues.
