About the Role

As our Veterinary Director, you'll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating your veterinary and nursing team. You'll deliver exceptional care to our patients, build lasting relationships with their owners, and confidently manage consults, routine surgeries, and all aspects of patient care.

About You

  • You're a skilled veterinarian with a love for leadership and a passion for inspiring your team
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love a challenge, and are committed to gold-standard care
  • You have a BVSC or DVM degree recognised by the AVBC and are eligible for veterinary registration in Australia
  • You're organised, have exceptional communication skills, and love working with people as much as you do with animals
  • You're confident working solo when needed but also love collaborating with your team
