This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a diverse workforce and work on all facets of the property management service delivery and financial performance of a mixed industrial and commercial office portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the financial performance of the assets and providing recommendations to clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants and clients, preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis, conducting rent reviews, lease renewals and negotiating new leasing deals, and management of lease compliance by all tenants and landlords.

  • Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to the clients

To excel in this position, you will ideally have current real estate licence/certificate of registration, current driver's license, minimum 2 years' experience in the commercial property industry and ideally in property management/centre management, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and property related degree preferred but not essential.

Requirements:
  • Current real estate licence/certificate of registration
