We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Contracts and Procurement Services function. This critical role will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients across complex projects.

The Role

As a key member of our Delivery Phase Services team, you will oversee the management of contracts and procurements services, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage client processes and systems to deliver high-quality contracts and procurement services
  • Provide strategic guidance on contract and procurement matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Become the primary point of contact for key clients, supporting strategy development and issue escalation
  • Assist in the delivery of C&P work for clients as required
Team Leadership Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual business plans to drive team performance and growth
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve contract and procurement efficiency
  • Champion client experience principles, ensuring seamless interactions with stakeholders
  • Manage risk, ensure safety, and maintain compliance with quality, HSE, and IMS standards
  • Foster open communication, project leadership, and effective financial management within the team
