Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to join our team in Australia. This role will be responsible for managing forecast, replenishment, and inventory within the warehouse, as well as supporting strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, process improvements, and cost savings measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate forecasting of Audeara headsets, Amplifon marketing materials, batteries, and consumables to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Reviewing inventory coverage on a weekly basis and raising replenishment purchase orders.
  • Reviewing slow-moving and obsolete stock, highlighting risks, and providing recommendations to reduce Slow Moving and Obsolescence (SLOBs).
  • Actioning inventory or rejected returns write-off as approved by Finance.
  • Overseeing monthly and bi-annual stocktakes in the CW to ensure alignment of physical and systems inventory.
  • Liaising with suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries of stock and consumables into the central warehouse.

Invoice Management:

  • Ensuring all central warehouse invoices are receipted and processed in a timely manner.
  • Supporting Finance with processing all invoices and credits by the end of the month.
  • Following up on invoices and credits with manufacturers that are not receipted.
  • Processing intercompany logistics re-charges.

Continuous Improvements & AUS Integration:

  • Supporting the expansion of AUS integration – Central Warehouse utilization.
  • Supporting in delivering Supply Chain targets.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification preferred.
  • Previous experience working with an ERP system (Oracle) and ticketing tools (ServiceNow) preferred.
  • Experience in delivering process improvements initiatives, including assessment, design, and implementation.
  • Well-organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Years of experience.
  • Patient, resilient, and tenacious to face the challenges of a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong computer literacy skills and skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
