About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Trinity Beach, a 74-place centre located in the picturesque Cairns Region QLD. As a vital member of our educational team, you will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft exceptional learning programs for our children.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality care and education to our children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to design and implement engaging learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- To maintain open communication with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and interests
Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
