Early Childhood Educator Opportunity in Tropical Paradise

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Goodstart Trinity Beach centre, located in the heart of Queensland's stunning coastline.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to $32.23 per hour, plus superannuation and benefits. Job DescriptionThis role involves working as part of our centre's educational team to develop and implement engaging learning programs for children aged from birth to five years. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing high-quality learning programs that meet the needs and interests of individual children;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
- Contributing to the creation of a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development;
- Working collaboratively with other educators and centre staff to achieve centre goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent);
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
- Current Working with Children Check;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
