Business Strategy Consultant

A key aspect of this role involves conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the digital grid ecosystem. This involves analyzing regulatory, economic, and competitive landscapes to inform business strategy development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Identify and assess emerging technologies and opportunities within the digital grid ecosystem.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and direct business strategies based on market research and analysis.
  • Relationship Building: Collaborate with internal teams to expand relationships with utilities, regulators, partners, and industry collaborators.
  • Proposal Management: Support proposal and bid management processes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships and provide tailored solutions.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry developments and contribute to thought leadership events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Business development, sales, or account management within the energy sector.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of transmission system planning and operating studies, as well as experience working with independent/transmission system operators (ISO/TSO), utilities, and developers.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce), data analytics, and digital sales platforms.
