Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Transformation Consultant, you will work across various teams to establish and deliver projects, including engaging clients and their stakeholders, undertaking quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing deliverables across a range of formats that distil analysis into clear and compelling recommendations for clients. This role involves managing small- to medium-sized projects, developing and managing relationships with clients, providing thought leadership, supporting and enabling high-achieving project teams, and actively developing the capability of your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and deliver projects that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Engage with clients and their stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to project teams and clients.
  • Support and enable high-achieving project teams to deliver quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of work experience in a professional environment.
  • Previous consulting experience.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including structured thinking and intellectual flexibility.
  • Robust interpersonal skills, including the ability to navigate uncertain environments with clients and colleagues, provide and respond to feedback, and organise and manage teams.
