Job Title:

Industrial Maintenance Professional

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Professional to join our team in Kewdale. This role involves traveling to various sites where we have products installed at remote operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support and on-site maintenance for our industrial equipment
  • Diagnosing and repairing technical issues where possible
  • Providing ongoing training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of our products
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed
  • Assisting with technical installations and commissioning
  • Promoting our products where possible

Requirements:

  • A strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using tools
  • Basic understanding of electronics, networking, and control systems would be highly desirable
  • Fault-finding and UPS system experience, as well as a keen interest in new technologies, is also advantageous
  • The ability to travel domestically, including at short notice
  • Excellent customer service skills and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Previous exposure to underground mining will be highly regarded, although not essential
  • A current driver's license is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Well-organized with solid time-management skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to use initiative and take ownership of assigned tasks through to completion
