Test and Measurement Sales Specialist

Grow existing customers, identify, and create new opportunities in the Test & Measurement Industry. Work closely with teams to meet or exceed sales targets at the appropriate gross margin.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a comprehensive sales strategy for assigned territories.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of projects using the CRM system.
- Develop sales presentations, marketing materials, and perform technical demos and seminars.
- Consistently visit customers to determine their requirements and recommend specific products and solutions.
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing timely product information.
- Increase sales through cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on sales.
- Work closely with supplier's sales channels to recommend new product solutions.
- Use Braemac's CRM systems to track, manage, and expand sales activity with key customers.
- Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue and design wins within target accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline is required.
- Experience as a Sales Professional within the Test & Measurement Industry or similar is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for the role.
- A competitive package consisting of base salary + commission + car allowance.

This role offers a unique blend of sales, business development, and technical expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing existing business and generating new opportunities in the Test & Measurement Industry.
