About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Agronomy Professional to join our team in Kimba, South Australia.
The successful candidate will work closely with key clients in the region to provide superior agronomic advice and inputs, focusing on broadacre agronomy and crop monitoring.
- Share information with producers related to environmental and seasonal conditions affecting crop production.
- Perform soil testing and study other factors affecting production to provide sound fertiliser, nutrient, and soil recommendations.
- Conduct field demonstrations and trial work for product development in conjunction with suppliers.
- Work collaboratively with branch staff to drive promotions, merchandising, and sales performance.
About You
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in agronomic practices and application, preferably broadacre and/or pasture experience.
- Ideal background in building and ensuring successful partnerships with customers, delivering appropriate agronomic advice and services.
- A history of success in executing sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products and application applicable to those crops.
- Show excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
