Scientific Applications Specialist

Role Overview:
As a seasoned technical professional, you will be partnering with customers to drive business outcomes and provide expert support in the areas of precision medicine and reproductive health.
You will work closely with our sales and field service teams to deliver revenue growth through commercial execution.
- Provide customers with in-depth technical expertise, product knowledge, and support in precision medicine and reproductive health.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate the use of our systems in customer laboratories.
- Develop and deliver training programs for clinical laboratory scientists on the use and maintenance of our systems and software.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, seminars, and workshops to educate customers and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with a strong educational background and relevant experience in reproductive health and/or precision medicine testing.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent understanding of clinical genomics, genomic databases, and data analysis skills.
They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
This role requires fluent English language skills, a valid driving license, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
The area of responsibility includes Australia, New Zealand, and some Pacific Islands.
