Job Title: Transportation Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting equipment to and from customers, construction sites, and branches. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions on equipment operation and demonstrate safe use.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely load, secure, deliver, and pick up equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Instruct and demonstrate equipment operation, including QR code usage
  • Make recommendations on complementary equipment or products
  • Proactively engage in scheduling to complete duties efficiently
  • Perform scanning, pickup, and delivery of equipment
  • Load and unload equipment, ensuring proper restraint
  • Familiarity with multiple vehicle classes and load restraint principles

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a current HR License, ideally with 2 years' experience. You should also possess strong communication skills, knowledge of Chain of Responsibility, and previous customer service experience. Time management skills, including planning ahead and adapting to changes in priorities, are essential.
