About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our team at Blue Collar Skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to design, develop, and maintain electronic components, circuits, and systems used in various industrial applications.

Job Description
  • Design electronic components, circuits, and systems for portable power systems, including battery management, CAN Bus, MCU coding, and battery charging solutions.
  • Develop embedded software for these systems.
  • Create testing apparatus and procedures for electronic components.
  • Supervise installation and commissioning of computer, communication, and control systems, ensuring proper control and protection.
  • Establish and monitor performance and safety standards for system operation, modification, maintenance, and repair.
  • Design communication systems using wired, optical fiber, and wireless media.
  • Analyze communication traffic to determine installation requirements for battery and DC power systems.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design, develop, and test electrical and electronic equipment.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing electronic components, circuits, and systems for various industrial applications.
  • Developing embedded software for these systems.
  • Creating testing apparatus and procedures for electronic components.
  • Supervising installation and commissioning of computer, communication, and control systems.
  • Establishing and monitoring performance and safety standards for system operation, modification, maintenance, and repair.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Higher in Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and developing electronic components, circuits, and systems.
  • Strong proficiency in battery management systems, CAN Bus, and MCU coding.
  • Experience with embedded software development.
  • Strong understanding of primary and rechargeable battery technologies.
  • Ability to design, develop, and test electronic equipment.

Compensation
