As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively within a team environment.
You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our wider team and managers with administrative tasks, as well as liaising with external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, coupled with strong relationship building skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team to ensure that customers receive timely updates on the repair process and are satisfied with their overall experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a customer-friendly environment
- Greeting customers upon arrival
- Providing regular updates on repair progress and anticipated completion dates
- Contacting customers to ensure satisfaction with the service
- Managing telephone and email correspondence
- Supporting management with inventory management (parts, consumables etc)
- Liaising with stakeholders regarding claims/repairs
This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, with no weekends.
