Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations of a retail establishment, driving sales and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.

This includes managing a team of retail specialists, developing strategies to meet financial and operational targets, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead, develop and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists
  • To ensure financial management and operational standards are met, maintained, and exceeded
  • To motivate and support team members to reach their full potential
  • To provide genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Supervisory/leadership/management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive results
  • Previous dual format experience, including multi-network operations, sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience (desirable)
