At Recruitment Hive, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Officer to join our client's team in Barton, Canberra. This is a 6+12 month Federal Government contract with an APS 4/5 equivalent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of activities.
  • Design and produce engaging infographics to support project presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of project-related documents for key stakeholders, including discussion papers, reports, communication plans, and training documentation.
  • Manage the Division's workflow of security requests through the intake process of the Front Door SharePoint site.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in creating infographics and other visual aids.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or project management software.
  • Demonstrated capacity to learn and acquire new digital skills.

The estimated salary range for this role is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have the necessary skills and qualifications, please apply now.
